Independent Valuation

All our RICS surveyors are registered valuers and as such we are licenced to provide independent valuations.

Using the RICS ‘Red book’ market valuation technique we supply independent valuations predominantly for the Help to buy scheme.

We supply the completed valuation in a format approved for the help to buy scheme.

Valuations for other purposes are also available but we do not undertake valuations for Mortgage purposes.
