Level 2 Building Survey

The RICS Level 2 survey, (formerly called the Home Buyers report) is the Mid – range survey suitable for properties of less than 100 years old.

The Level 2 building survey is a comprehensive assessment of the condition of the home. Each survey is broken down into specific sections covering the exterior and interior. We test for damp and wood boring insects as well as cracking, movement and subsidence.

RICS surveys use a traffic light warning system to rate the importance of any defects.

We use plain and simple English in all our surveys and we illustrate them with scores of photographs so any defects are clearly annotated.
